Shout out to the owner, Adina at reception, and Iona at the restaurant who went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. For example, we were given a takeaway breakfast because we went on a day trip and would have missed breakfast at the hotel. For me, that was very kind! The restaurant also had delicious food.

Free WiFi internet access is provided throughout the property. Great choice indeed! Within a walking distance from the old city. Facilities as described and satisfactory selection over breakfast. Accessibility and facilities for disabled people are also what they should be. Everything was fine.

The elegantly decorated rooms feature hardwood floors and wallpapers, as well as a flat-screen TV. The private bathrooms feature bathtubs for your comfort and relaxation. Cannot say enough about how perfect this place is. We stayed for two nights. First, the location is as central as you could want, but still peaceful and quiet for sleeping. We had a rental car and the manager saved us a spot right outside the front door, with a small charge for day (equivalent of a few euro). Check in was simple and the manager gave us a welcome shot of wine/port(?) which was a nice touch. Our room was spacious, very antique with a large bed, plenty of amenities, and a huge en-suite with modern shower (the only modern thing in the room) and a large antique bath. There was also air-con which was needed as we stayed during a heatwave. We found this to be an exception across Romania as a lot of other hotels didn’t have air-con.

Located in the centre of Braşov, the 4Cardinals Boutique is 2 km from the Black Church and within a 15-minute walk from the Brasov Train Station. Free WiFi and limited inside parking places are available. It’s not too fancy but clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Great location. Not too central but close to everything. Only 20 minutes walk from the old city.

Very lovely place, a beautiful garden en not far from the center. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended. Also dog friendly!
