Our stay has been great. The levels of customer service has been fantastic, as the staff have gone above and beyond to look after us, and address any concern we had. From the first room, having an air conditioning problem, Daniela took our problem and gave us a great solution. Then the following day, after raising concerns about an item in the room, and outside light at night, Albert stepped up and resolved our issue, exceeding our expectations. I also very much appreciated the small token to help me celebrate my birthday, again, a really nice touch. This is very much a top tier hotel.

One of the best location in Bucharest... The staff at the reception was excellent . They help me with the early checking and late checkout without charging me extra fee. The Athene Cafe and The English Bar both were so great do sit and have drinks... Excellent stay...

Centrally located near the Cismigiu Central Park, away from Bucharest's noisy boulevards, Epoque is a stylishly and elegantly decorated boutique hotel with spacious and air-conditioned rooms, as well... We loved this hotel, easily the best of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip to Bulgaria and Romania. The location is great, on a side street and quiet, next to a beautiful park, where we walked a few times. It's not too far from restaurants. The staff was fantastic; everyone was welcoming and friendly, and gave terrific restaurant recommendations. The one that was formerly an inn was just perfect; we thank you so much for telling us about it. We had a memorable meal there, chatting with some diners from Hungary, and (shh) feeding the resident cats under our table. The breakfast staff was particularly exceptional; they always greeted us each morning with a big smile and remembered our preference after the first day!

Set in a historical building built in 1912, Hotel Cismigiu is situated next to the Cismigiu Park, 700 metres from the old city centre of Bucharest. Free Wi-Fi and underground parking are available. Rooms are spacious, in fact they are suites with dining table and small living room. The closet was huge, and the bathroom as well. The breakfast was very good, and the decor of the restaurant was super cute. I had a fantastic stay and would stay here again if I come back to Bucharest.
