This is about 6-7 minutes of walk from the very downtown, close to a grocery market where locals come and buy fruits, meat, etc. in small shops . This market brings some real life feeling to its neigborhood. Safe area, one can walk on streets at night. The fortress (Kalemagdan) is in walking distance (15-20 minutes). Parking available in the basement of the hotel. So, next time in Belgrade - the same hotel.

The staff was amazing, my suitcase wasn’t delivered for the whole week and they supported me in reaching the airport to figure out the situation. Super comfortable and spacious, loved the rain shower. From the apartment, which is directly in the centre, you can reach everything on foot. Next time in Belgrade I‘ll definitely be back.
