Though it’s in the city center, the room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and we had no trouble sleeping. Most importantly, the front desk staff helped us a lot when we had a problem. He was very kind, helpful, and caring. We regret that we were in a big hurry and didn’t get the chance to thank him properly. We didn’t speak the local language, so we would have felt so lost without his help. Thanks to him, the rest of our trip was easy and enjoyable.

Water pressure in the shower was exceptional. Hotel had one of the best breakfast buffets I have encountred recently, they even had plant milk. Staff was so nice, kind and helpful.

Traveling with 2 little kids is not always easy but the entire staff made it super fun and easy. Nikola, Miroslav and Mirjana were exceptional.

It is nice apartment near Stark Arena. Our main reason for booking it was the concert there, it was very good for us.

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, and welcoming…especially one receptionist named Marija.♥️
