The availability of breakfast and dinner was a spectacular spread MashaAllah. Everything was smooth transitions. Supply of drinking water in the room everyday was something I appreciate a lot. I don't have any complaints. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful in any questions I had. The QR codes in the rooms gave much assistance for information and contacting the hotel for any needs. I love it at Pullman Zamzam Madina. Having exits at different sides of the hotel helped us a lot to find our way easily.

Very good WiFi, and fast internet. We enjoyed staying in Shaza Regency Plaza and I am recommending it to the visitors to AlMadinah .
