Al Ritz Al Madinah is located less than 150 metres from the Prophet Mosque. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk offering laundry and ironing. WiFi is provided throughout. We arrived so early. About 4.00am. we asked permission to put our luggage first, and we will check in the afternoon. Subhanallah. We got way more than we asked for. 1. They offer to check us in immediately. 2. They upgraded our room to SUITES!!! Alhamdulillah. The location? Perfect!!!

Situated 100 metres from Al Haram, MADEN Hotel features classic guest rooms with chic carpeted floors, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Location! location! location! The location for my elderly mother to take her to Masjid e Nabawi. Loved the woodwork and cozy clean rooms. Exceptionally professional Restraunt staff. Omar, Jehan Ali, Sheikh Asif, and tall guy at live egg. All with genuine, polite, empathtic mannerisms. Although it was costly for breakfast and Lunch,, but I preferred to do so for food safety. Food was ample, fresh with variety. Fresh juice, fruits, vegetables, tea, coffee was always available. Abdul Rahman , the duty manager (exceptional individual), and all other staff I interacted on M1 reception were professional, polite, and attentive to guests. Room service was always present on floors, and I had to call them at odd hours as per my Mothers need, and they helped as requested. Door guards on both ends did their jobs attentively, and the new guard was vigilant to ask me to show the hotel card.

Centrally located in the heart of Al Madinah, the Regency plaza offers free WiFi in public areas and views of the Uhud Mountain. From the start , it was very easy to check in , very good and helpful staff in the reception , very clean rooms and beds and bathrooms. Thanks so much to all the cleaners who are working hard , keeping everything tidy and clean. It is not far from the Alharam Alnabawi , a lot of near by takeaway and shops. Very good WiFi, and fast internet. We enjoyed staying in Shaza Regency Plaza and I am recommending it to the visitors to AlMadinah .

He treated me a very well wonderful also send me a fruit basket in my room. I was one manager who checked me in earlier also wonderful very nice. Very good personality :-) so I can give 10 out of 20. Because they deserve 20 or 10.
