He helped with our luggage and was always available to give extra help with everything. The hotel was clean, room was spacious and had everything we needed. The shuttle to haram made it very easy to pray all prayers in the masjid. There was a bus outside every time we left the hotel Overall a great experience and I would definitely visit this hotel again

Staff are professional and friendly. I booked 3 double bed room for my six member family and wanted all those in same floor, to accommodate my requirement they provided me two room with 3 beds next to each other and another room with 2 bed just in front. Room service and support staff are very good, I must mention a lady at the reception and bellman EMAD, they were very active and cooperative. Although the hotel is bit far away from Masjid Al Haram, but 24/7 free commuter bus service is available leaving each 20 minutes makes it very convenient to commute between Hotel and Haram.
