Set in the Al Aziziya district in Makkah, 300 metres from Um AlQura University, Afraa Hotel features free WiFi access. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. The staffs and front desk team were truly amazing. We expected to arrived very early in the morning and therefore booked the previous night. We however arrived a little late in the morning and the hotel offered to reduce our stay by one night (cancelling the previous night). It was such an unexpected gesture that we truly appreciated. Their buffet for suhoor and iftar was also excellent value for money with diverse options. There are many food stores and shops around in case you need anything outside. A little bit far from haram but shuttle system wasn’t bad (maybe an extra bus will add a lot of value).

The location was ideal if you wanted to be in the centre. They provide both shuttle bus and golf cart to transport you closer to the masjid. The reception staff are great and wonderful, providing you the best of services. They are ready to hear what you have to say and provides the best of service. Also nice and clean rooms every day.

Very clean and professional and for me as drive from Dubai, they have car parking in others we have to pay but in Amjad I was very very confortable with parking and room

The Management were Exceptional Manager on duty Mr Ahmed always he’s there to serve us and Abdallah at the Reception Desk was very helpful
