Dating back to 1852, this elegant hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from Gothenburg Central Station. It offers a peaceful inner courtyard, free WiFi and free coffee/tea and homemade cakes each afternoon. Very friendly and welcoming staff made my short overnight stay very pleasant. This is a special hotel in the centre of town. It is small but perfectly formed! It has all the modern accommodation you would expect but some very nice period features remain creating a comfortable atmosphere. A great breakfast and a perfect place to stay.

Dorsia Hotel & Restaurant – theatrical glamour where you are treated like royalty! Dorsia may be an exclusive boutique hotel, but it feels more like a palace as you could see on my attached photos. The storybook-style is really impressive! Each room is different. Our cool room (no 303) was very well appointed and spacious, equipped with everything you could want and plenty of towels. Scrupulously clean and perhaps the most comfortable bed for any hotel I have visited! The buffet breakfast was outstanding. Having visited some of the Worlds' finest hotels, I can confidently say that Dorsia ranks among the greatest. Dorsia is member of “Small luxury hotels of the world” for a reason. A huge congratulation to the whole team at Dorsia and keep up the hard work I know it is to keep a high service level like this! Are you looking for a magic experience in Gothenburg – Dorsia is the one you are looking for. It is not cheap, but you get good value for money! Highly recommended! Offering elegant, individually designed rooms, this hotel is next to Nordstan Shopping Centre and just 5 minutes' walk from Gothenburg Central Station. If you tell the breakfast staff that you are vegan, they will prepare a plate of vegan cheeses and "ham" slices for you, in addition to all the stuffs in the breakfast buffet already. There is oat milk for your coffee and cereal too. Rooms are so cute! Wifi works well, central station is right around the corner and everything is nice!

This hotel is set in a charming, renovated 1920s postal building, 50 metres from Gothenburg Central Station. It offers 2 in-house restaurants and a rooftop pool with terrace. Everything was great. Huge, comfy bed, everywhere was spotless, lovely staff, beautiful decor, incredible breakfast, 10/10.

Set in a 19th-century building, this charming property is a 10-minute walk from Gothenburg Central Station. It offers free Wi-Fi, individually decorated guest rooms. I greatly enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect. Easy to walk everywhere or catch public transportation. Good breakfast buffet to fill me up and the staff were always lovely and helpful. Would stay again!

This charming boutique hotel is perfectly located at Grönsakstorget in central Gothenburg. It offers free Wi-Fi and uniquely decorated rooms. Perfect hotel for me. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There's a cozy vibe, and a work and socializing area in the reception area. The room.itsrlf was great, small, but very well planned, with lots of little extras. Felt very Swedish, which I loved!

Hotel Riverton is a contemporary independent design hotel located centrally in Gothenburg by the waterfront which is fully family-owned and operated since 1991 Set between Kungsgatan shopping street... Very nice location, walking distance to the city center, the trams and ferries. Nice room with excellent view, superb breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is a bit outdated this did not disturb our stay. Highly recommend!
