Hopefully we can back to Bled in summer, because the staff tell us, summer is the best season to go to Bled. If there's that chance we will stay again in Carman House. Nice Job. Newly opened in April 2009 after extensive renovations, this 4-star hotel, first opened in 1906, is only 200 metres from Lake Bled and in the immediate vicinity of the train station. Lovely location with great views of the lake. All the staff were really friendly and helpful

Perfect location, literally in front of the lake and also really close to the bus station (5mins). Great view from the breakfast area. Really kind and helpful staff. The breakfast options were satisfying. The room was very clean.

Cleanliness was spot on. Very spacious. Family-run business. The owners were always available if we needed any help or had questions. Very friendly!
