Cleanliness, nice and tasty breakfast, the host was great and helpful. Location was perfect for us, we were around 20-30 minutes from all the places we wanted to see. Lots of parking space.

In detail, great staff, excellent breakfast, spacious room, and central location. I'm really sorry I didn't have enough time to enjoy the spa facilities, but that could be a reason to come back.
