Set at the heart of the Triglav National Park, right next to the Savica stream, Vila Park B&B - Adults Only is only 350 metres from the Bohinj Lake. It offers a bar and a lush garden fitted with sun loungers. Its rooms come with free WiFi access. We had a wonderful stay for 2 nights in amazing Villa Park in Bohinj. We are absolutely stunned by the beautiful nature, and the excelent location of the apartment which is surrounded by the mountains from one side and the river on the other. Breakfast was excelent and we enjoyed some quite time with coffee and the tea by the fireplace inside the house. Sauna was a great addition to the whole experience. Host was always available for help and advice. Would definitely recommend, and we are planning to come back again in the summer :)

Apartments Mencinger is located in Bohinjska Bistrica, on the edge of Triglav National Park, 500 metres from Bohinj’s centre. Surrounded by greenery, it offers free Wi-Fi and a garden.

With views of the mountains, most accommodation units provide cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette and a balcony or a terrace. Free linen and towels are available in all units. The property also has a ski storage. Vesna was incredibly kind and accommodating during our stay. She gave us great recommendations of places to go and where to eat. She also allowed us to have two separate rooms, as there were no other guests, as well as giving us some of her own milk when we arrived after the supermarkets had closed. The rooms each had a big bed and a lovely balcony to relax on.

Opened in June 2009, the award-winning Bohinj Eco Hotel is the first ecological hotel in Slovenia. It offers a filling station for electric and hybrid cars. The hotel's restaurant serves Slovenian and international cuisine, as well as special vegetarian and low-calorie dishes prepared with eco-certified ingredients of local origin. Ultra large hotel set in beautifully manicured garden. Immaculately clean & very spacious rooms (we had booked 2). An easy 5 minute walk to small village centre. Very helpful & friendly receptionists. On check in, we were advised of a voucher to attend the aqua centre for 3 hours, so a very relaxing time was enjoyed at the sauna facilities, also very clean! A dinner buffet at a very reasonable price was available; however we opted for a cosier small local spot in the village which was perfect. The breakfast buffet was exceptional.
