The hotel exceeded every expectation during our 3 night stay, we arrived pretty late however we were still pleasantly greeted at the front of the hotel by a lovely security guard who escorted us to our room & took the time to chat to us along the way! this made our late check in speedy and completely put us at ease. He later returned to our room with some cakes which had been left over from an event earlier that day,this was also a pleasant surprise and made us feel very welcome at the hotel. I could not recommend this hotel enough from the excellent members of staff who greeted us and looked after us our whole stay, to the cleanliness,comfort and affordability it ticked all the boxes. Both the exterior and interior of the hotel were spotless! Our room was so clean & so comfortable and the decor was beautiful, we had the most delightful stay! The hotel was the perfect location only a short distance from the centre to which you could walk or grab an uber.
