My new favourite hotel in Bangkok. Excellent value for money and great service overall. Nandia was particularly sweet and helpful. The room was like a perfect little studio holiday apartment. Delicious buffet breakfast and divine rooftop. I won’t be booking any other place for my next Bangkok trip.

Good value breakfast and reasonable prices on the menu.The rooms have big air conditioners to cool the rooms down quickly and facilities are perfect.Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to treat you as special guests.Would stay here again and again...

The luxurious Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn is connected to Surasak BTS Skytrain Station via the hotel's own Sky Bridge. The hotel features an outdoor infinity-edge pool. I liked everything. I don’t care about the free stuff but I appreciate the small things. The pillow cases and sheets were changed at least every other day or even every day, the room was always spotlessly clean. The staff went far and beyond every time. So nice, kind and polite. On checking in we were given so much information about the hotel, the city, the public transport etc. It was so helpful. The swimming pool was amazing with a great city view. We upgraded our room to the city view and it was worth every penny. I do recommend it!! The breakfast was plentiful with continental and Asian options. Very good variety. Try bread pudding, so tasty. It is a 4 star hotel but I hope they will be promoted to 5 stars soon. This is the only hotel in BKK connected to the sky train station - so convenient. 711 just 3 min walk. I am very impressed with this hotel.
