The property is extremely clean and quite close to Saturday Walking Street. The staff are friendly and very attentive to guests. We asked the owner to book a Songtheo car to Doi Sunthep at a cheaper price than a Grab car. We had a free breakfast at the hotel with bread, butter, eggs, pastries and fruit. To catch our flight, we had to check out early, so the host himself came to boil eggs and prepare breakfast for us. If I have the opportunity to return to Chiang Mai, I will definitely stay here again.

The staff were phenomenal, always friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed. There was a wonderful breakfast every day as well as water, juice and fruit always available for us. There was also soda and water topped up in our room every day for us. Definitely recommend !

It is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. It is not about the stars; it is about the value of what you get. I must say the staff who work here are truly helpful and very attentive. I have some pictures I would love to share with you. The owner gave me mosquito spray because they took it at the airport. The other day, some of the friendly staff brought me a small cake to accompany my coffee after lunch because she knew I loved it from the breakfast they provide, which by the way is amazing and is included. These and many other thoughtful details with no charge were part of my stay at this hotel. The location is outside the old city and works perfectly for someone like me who wants peace and wakes up in what I called the treehouse, as my room was right at the top of a tree where I could see squirrels jumping, birds singing, and in the distance, I could see the mountains, temples, and the city. Congratulations to the entire BED group; it is a minimalist, clean, beautiful, and welcoming style.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool with a sun deck, BED Nimman Hotel is located in the vabrant Nimman Haemin, Chiang Mai. the staff were really nice and always down for a chat. the room was clean and loved all the amenities including the snack bar downstairs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. I can't fault a thing.

The bed was comfy, the shower amazing and it was very light. It is within the square of the old city, which makes it a perfect location. Everything was within a 30 min walk, even the 'new' part, outside the square was 35 min walk. They have an amazing (and reasonably priced) laundry service.

This is such a cute hotel, lots of character and run by a lovely family. The pool is cold but very clean and great for a dip on a hot day. The temple gong rings at 5am but only for about a minute so it didn't disturb our sleep. The hotel went to great effort to help us get around the city and we really appreciated all the rides into the old city every day.
