We got the private room, which was clean, comfortable and most importantly, had a balcony.

Amazing hospitality from Tham, the lady who runs the place! One of the friendliest and most helpful I've encountered in Thailand. The room is modern and comfortable, equipped with all amenities such as a wardrobe, water kettle, and fridge. Excellent options are available for booking day trips and renting a scooter through the hotel, along with a good and affordable laundry service. While the location is not in the inner old town of Chiang Mai, it is very close to an evening food market and within a 10-15 minute walking distance to the old town.

Great place to stay in Chiang Mai old city - close to lots of different restaurants and attractions. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and even contacted me after we left something behind in the hotel (they kept it until we returned to the city the next week) The TV in the room was fantastic, modern smart TV so you could unwind with YouTube, Netflix etc The pool was brilliant with a nice depth of up to 1.7m, more than normal hotel pool sides! Their breakfast was tasty, and they had dinner options which were also good. Plus, stocked beer fridge at front of hotel 👍

We had the pleasure of staying at Bed Chiang Kian Hotel in Chiang Mai for our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms by the staff, especially Bright( her fantastic costumer service and Ohm(always remember our name ). Their service was absolutely top-notch—attentive, caring, and always ready to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, included delightful surprise of local Thai dishes. The homemade desserts were a real treat, and they even shared some with the guests, creating a warm, communal atmosphere. As if that wasn’t enough, the hotel surprised us with a stunning bouquet of flowers to celebrate our honeymoon in a room with super and beautiful mountains view a thoughtful gesture that really made us feel special. Offering an outdoor swimming pool with a sun deck, BED Nimman Hotel is located in the vabrant Nimman Haemin, Chiang Mai. Open kitchen feeling, smiling staff, good breakfast, nice outside dining areas, all you can drink water and coffee, cleanliness, slogan on the wall ;) Everything in Ninmen is walking distance.
