Staff was very helpful and kind. They even prepared a map and marked interesting places on it, when I arrived. Whenever I had a question or problem, they were quick to help. The room was clean, bright and I liked the decorations. The bed was soft and comfortable. Usually no problem with hot water in the shower. AC worked fine. The location is nice with 7-eleven nearby, and night bazaar a walking distance away.

They treated us very kindly. The location is perfect...close to many restaurants. We were there during the bad flooding (September 2024) and despite losing cleaning staff for a few weeks, room cleaning and other services were maintained through the hard work of the remaining staff. The pool was wonderful. Altogether a great experience and I will be staying there again in October.
