Le Patta is located 200 metres from Chiang Rai Old Bus Station, Clock Tower and Night Bazaar. Mae Fah Luang-Chiang Rai Airport is 7 km away. On-site parking is possible. Le Patta was a surprise to find and stay at. We booked in for 3 nights, room 214, overlooking the pool. Room is modern and spotlessly clean. Mini-bar restocked daily for free. Staff were outstanding, greetings & smiles every day. On-site laundry machines - change and detergent obtained at reception. There's also a "breakroom" for guests, which has snacks and drinks for guests during the day. The location of the hotel is perfectly located directly between the Night Bazaar (nightly shopping) and Walking Street (huge market on Saturday nights only) - and just down the street from the clock tower. Daily breakfast was awesome - the food on the buffet was hot! - and you are also able to choose to have unlimited ordering options from a menu of around a dozen items. Parking is limited at the front of the hotel (approx 8 spots), but street parking is also available. We ate at Ribs & Co (across the street, to the left, about 50m) and it was delicious. This is a great little hotel, with outstanding service in the best location. We would stay again for sure!

Hidden little oasis in the heart of Chiang Mai. Beds super comfortable, pillows even more. Staff so so very nice. Great massage right on the property. So peaceful, slept like a baby. Breakfast is also very good. Loved the little jungle path in the garden. Amazing place!

Rooms are great, bed is comfy and the WiFi is good. Well maintained property with great staff. Walking distance to everything. Staff leave you notes and small personalised gifts.

Great bungalows in a nice location with a short walk to town The host was more than helpful and breakfast was excellent

Situated only 350 metres from one of Chiang Mai's top attractions Saturday Walking Street, Wualai Sabaidee offers traditional Lanna-style rooms and free WiFi access in all areas. The property also provides free uses of bicycles. We had a lovely stay at Wualai Sabaidee. The hotel is very clean and the rooms and especially the bed comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The small breakfast each morning is a nice bonus. There are two nice cafes right across the street and the main part of town is in walking distance. We enjoyed being in a quieter part of town and would definitely come back!!
