Offered an upgrade to an upper stair suite with pool view through palm trees. Quiet among a forest of trees. Comfortable bed, spacious room and nice balcony overlooking the pool. Pool is kept clean and never crowded. Right on Dongtan beach in a quieter area not swarmed by bars, shops and restaurants. Relatively less road traffic without the route of songtheows which commute to Pattaya Beach and Walking Street. Front desk staff especially the manager very helpful and courteous. Included buffet breakfast is sumptuous. French bakery with ice cream and a restaurant also at the front. We rented the beach chairs with shady umbrellas across right on the beach for two days. Ordered drinks and lunch there. Also had a massage on the beach. Very nice sunset. Had dinner at the restaurant. Nice food with quiet relaxing atmosphere. Complimentary ride to the bus terminal nearby to catch a/c bus to Suvarnabhumi Airport .

A great modern hotel with a convenient location in the city center, yet still quiet and without crowds. The room and pool were spotless, and I especially enjoyed the rooftop breakfast with excellent coffee. I would definitely stay here again!

Located in in Central Pattaya, only a 10-minute stroll from the beach, Altera Hotel and Residence provides modern accommodation with a fully-equipped kitchen. Very clean hotel. Nice small pool area. Very good beds and nice clean and big room with good aircondition. Rooms was cleaned every day. Near everything, but still quiet. Good hotel if you want to stay near parta places without noice.
