It is a beautiful old building in the centre of the old town.

An outdoor pool, free 24-hour airport transfers and a free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Its very close proximity to the airport is superb! The place was clean and well maintained. The staffs were polite and accommodating.

If you are there to train and relax, it’s the perfect place for you. The staff is amazing! They make awesome juices, proteins shakes, coffee… Everything is just perfect. The rooms are nice, clean, confortable. I spend one week there and then I had planned to leave for Koh Samui. I left and came back a couple days after because I missed it so much. It felt like home when I came back. Definitely going back next year and spending a whole month there!

Inside, the villa was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and made from fragrant wood.

The air-conditioned villas at Pai Tan feature flat-screen satellite TVs. Decorated with wooden furnishings, it also comes with a personal safe and minibar. Can't recommend enough about this hotel. Great value for money, smiling staff, great room, very good bed: firm mattress and good cool pillows. We had a good time there.

This is the Boathouse, probably the best hotel on Kata Beach and our favourite place to stay in Phuket. The freshly prepared breakfasts and dinners overlooking the beach, great facilities, helpful staff, pool set up, sunset views and beach location all add to the charm and pleasure of staying here. And let's not forget the fabulous food and beverages with great dining area. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with large comfortable beds and a decent TV selection for rainy days.

Flexible menu. Staff are great.
