The Memory at On On Hotel is located 5 km away from Central Festival Phuket Shopping Mall. Patong Beach is a 20-minute drive away, while Phuket International Airport can be reached within a 30-minute drive from the hotel. The hotel was centrally located in town, walking distance from some very goof Michellin rated restaurants and the shopping street. The room was small but comfortable and equipped with what we needed. The staff was incredible. They were very kind, helpful and accommodating. We will return here if we once again find ourselves in Phuket.

Featuring red brick structures and Thai designs, the spacious rooms offer both air conditioning and a fan. Some rooms come with cable TV, a safety deposit box and tea/coffee making facilities. The private bathroom provides a hot shower and hairdryer. Very sweet place. Stuff were very nice, they changed bed sheets and cleaned the room fully every day. Cleanest hotel I've ever been. There weren't any bugs but still the fly net around the bed felt really safe. Very close to beach.

Great value for money, smiling staff, great room, very good bed: firm mattress and good cool pillows. We had a good time there.

The service throughout the hotel was outstanding, and the restaurants served truly excellent food. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff. Special thanks to R, Aid, and Sun, who went above and beyond every single day. Their warmth and professionalism care made us feel truly welcomed. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated and kind — they are the heart of this place. We will definitely be back!
