This was our mistake and we called the hotel immediately to see if they found the phone in the room. Luckily, they did retrieve the phone and asked their shuttle driver to deliver it to us at the airport during his next service… hard to express our thankfulness with appreciation about their prompt reaction with agility in taking care of this request in words, I would like to THANK YOU AGAIN for saving us here!!!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and it has an onsite small restaurant so we did not have to leave to find dinner. Very short walk to 7/11 and short drive to the airport. Would stay again.

Its safe good aircon hot shower for us was great.
