The pickup service from the airport was very helpful had to have a 26-hour surprise layover in Thailand, booked the hotel, and immediately called them up asking about the service they were great at explaining it and I was on my ride to the hotel within 10 minutes. The staff were all very friendly and polite and had upstanding service, couldn't recommend it better for the price of having to spend a couple of nights in Thailand. Rooms were great well equipped and with big beds.
