They make you feel like family. We stayed in an ocean front suite and it was comfortable with a lot of seating options. Absolutely in love with the housecoats provided. Situated on the best beach in Koh Mak, the views are always breathtaking. I’m a huge fan of the toiletries provided and the cleaning staff is phenomenal. The bar staff are so nice and friendly, mixing up some pretty potent drinks for Happy Hour. The most delicious welcome drinks upon checking in and our room was available right away which was amazing! Check in staff were above and beyond the friendliest. We rented scooters from the hotel at 300baht and also did a massage at the resort. They also organized our boat tickets to Koh Chang while we were exploring the island. Everything was absolutely fantastic. There is no negative aspect for this hotel. We already booked for next year because it’s literally our favourite hotel in all of Thailand. Period.

We loved the facilities, the infinity pool and closeby Spa building as Wellas the gym. The staff was exceptional and very sweet to our little one. We also loved the Green design and how the designers and architects of The Chill were able create a calm and rejuvenating oasis in which we always felt tranquility and positive energy. Also the activities offered by the resort were nice and gave a personal touch to our already overall very positive experience. On the last evening we were able to celebrate Loy Krathong and sent off little floats made out of ice to the sea…

Resort located along Klong Plu River at Klong Praow Beach in Ko Chang, this resort offers contemporary accommodation with views of the river, pool, garden or mountains. Beautiful, cozy bungalows nested on the river, at different heights, and connected with beautiful wooden bridges and passageways. Lots of vegetation. It’s a beautiful for the eyes resort. My room was clean, bed was comfy, overall very good compared to Thailand usual accommodations. No bugs found, no mosquitoes in the room, good ac, strong shower pressure, stable water temperature. Ac was not noisy. No smells in the room, no bed bugs (I check carefully every bed), no mold and linen where clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was served in a wooden large dock on the river, super quiet and suggestive with the morning Sunrays, of course covered by a roof. Good choice of food, local and western. A cook prepared eggs and homelettes in real time upon request.

The Du Talay is a small family run hotel with 21 cosy rooms under Thai/German management. 4 years ago it was fully renovated. The rooms are very well equiped. Overall excellent experience Perfect for our needs

It was clean, comfortable, modern, and very well located. All shops and restaurants are within walking distance, so no scooter is needed. The pool is nice and long, making it great for swimming. There is also a small beach where you can access the ocean via a stone stairway

A 3-minute walk from Klong Koi Beach, Chaipura Kc Resort offers air-conditioned cabins with a private balcony overlooking the resort’s garden. Very nice and spacious rooms. The cottages and the entire property are solidly built, with beautiful wooden furniture inside. The air conditioning works very well. It’s very close to the beach, which has bars, massage services, and sun loungers. At the same time, the noise does not reach the property. Very good localisation close to the beach with a taxi stop nearby and scooters.

The bed was amazing comfortable and the food in the restaurant was tasty. Staff were very helpful, you can rent scooters, or the desk will happily call you a taxi. the beach was cool and maybe not a great swimming beach but with water shoes I had no problem. I liked the quiet location a bit away from the main drag. The poll was huge and there were plenty of loungers and towels. The board walk was fine, some folks commented on the condition in other posts. But they were actively replacing weak boards and installing new lighting when I was there. I was in a third-row unit and I felt like it offered great views. especially for the price!! It's Thai style for sure but I just loved it there. I would absolutely return.
