Located on the Island of Sovalye, Ece Hotel Sovalye Island is only a 10-minute boat ride from the mainland of Fethiye. In retrospect, I should not have given that many 10's to other locations in the past, because no other hotel I've been at even remotely compares to this one. Sunset view from the room, infinity pool, deck on the beach, real underwater ruins for snorkeling, trees and birds everywhere. The restaurant, the bar and the breakfast terrace all have sea view. The island has no roads and no cars, just pathways and stairs. Transfer from and to the mainland is free if you stick to the schedule. The staff is nice and attentive.

Our car was parked for us in a tiny parking spot next to the hotel which was convenient. Walking to the city center with its fantastic fish market restaurants takes about 15 min. We booked the Kardesler 12 Islands Day Boat trip suggested by the hotel and enjoyed it very much.

Surrounded by pine trees, the resort offers an outdoor pool, a fitness centre, tennis court, and spa and wellness facilities. Excellent staff, excellent location very clean we really enjoyed our time there. The beach the sea was absolutely one of the best definitely going back there! The staff very friendly mr. Ramazan was always there for us very helpful keep the spirits high.
