It was just a feeling of entering a supreme level of civilization. Though it is right in the city center, still it is not a problem to find parking in a short distance. The hotel crew is ready to provide any assistance. The decoration is according to the classic European style , and the large beds are just those you should dream about while driving in wintery night. As expected from a top level property in the touristic center, the bath room were heavily equippted and the restaurant menu and the quality of the dishes was above imagination

Luxury, not like most mainstream hotels. The restaurant downstairs took my order even though it was already late. I ordered Ukrainian Borsch soup and let me tell you - this the best Borsch I've ever tasted. It was so delicious, I'm hoping to steal a recipe from someone. Lol. Even though I ate late, the waiter was patient with me. The two guys in the reception were super helpful. They had an electrical adapter for me. In short - this hotel is super.

Staff very helpful and kind, location is great and the room and facilities are so clean and well designed. Very happy, have a feeling this will always be a first choice for me when I come back to Lviv. Truly exceptional. Slept fantastic as well.
