Located in Kissimmee, Polynesian Isles offers luxury accommodations 7.3 km from the Walt Disney World Resort. Lush landsaping, waterfalls, and lakes surround the resort. Heated pools are offered for guests to enjoy. The place is lovely, we got a large apartment. The people at the reception were lovely, anything we asked or asked for was taken care of straight away. Parking is close to the apartment and the place is close to attractions. We would love to visit again.

Not valid at Universal Volcano Bay or Universal Epic Universe.) The bed was the best bed I had slept in my whole stay in Orlando and we only stayed for one night in the Hard Rock Hotel. The cover was super soft, warm and comfortable, the pillow was just right and the temperature in the room allowed for shorts and shirts only. The room was perfectly clean and there was free coffee for in the morning. The pool was absolutely gorgeous at night and if you wanted to eat by the pool, you had the option of doing so, going for a swim while they prepped your meal and the server would call you once it was ready. Obviously the location was perfect for going to Universal. If you want to go to Universal, you just have to stay overnight in the Hard Rock Hotel! I wish we would have stayed an extra night, because I did not get to enjoy the amazing ambiance and collection of the Hard Rock Hotel to the extent I would have liked.

The suites and studios feature a cable TV and separate living area with sofa bed. Suites include a balcony, laundry facilities, and a fully equipped kitchen. Studios come with a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee machine. Amazing location, great room size and staff were really nice. We stayed in a suite (which means bedroom, living room and kitchen). The only issue was the washing machine that was really small and very noise!’ We could not stay in the room and wash clothes at the same time! Everything else was perfect! We stayed in room 103 (first floor, right next to the pool) and have no complaints! Best part: they don’t charge to receive and store all your amazon purchases!! Yay
