Breeze into one of the Universal parks up to an hour earlier than regular guests with Early Park Admission* (valid theme park admission required; select attractions). We were in Americana building 6. Loved that it was a short walk outside to the pool area with the lazy river. Resort was easy to navigate. Never had to wait long for a bus to the parks. Would definitely stay again. Great value for money.

The property was well kept and the staff and service was top notch. We enjoyed the fireworks and views from our balcony. Also it was beautiful to take a stroll around the lake. There were so many pools and a kids splash pad & park as well. Overall it was a very relaxing stay.

When staying at Hard Rock Hotel® at Universal Orlando guests can skip the regular lines with FREE^ Universal Express Unlimited ride access at Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of... The bed was the best bed I had slept in my whole stay in Orlando and we only stayed for one night in the Hard Rock Hotel. The cover was super soft, warm and comfortable, the pillow was just right and the temperature in the room allowed for shorts and shirts only. The room was perfectly clean and there was free coffee for in the morning. The pool was absolutely gorgeous at night and if you wanted to eat by the pool, you had the option of doing so, going for a swim while they prepped your meal and the server would call you once it was ready. Obviously the location was perfect for going to Universal. If you want to go to Universal, you just have to stay overnight in the Hard Rock Hotel! I wish we would have stayed an extra night, because I did not get to enjoy the amazing ambiance and collection of the Hard Rock Hotel to the extent I would have liked.

Located just 800 metres from International Drive. The Orlando Orange County Convention Center is 3.5 (miles km) from the the property. Amazing location, great room size and staff were really nice. We stayed in a suite (which means bedroom, living room and kitchen). The only issue was the washing machine that was really small and very noise!’ We could not stay in the room and wash clothes at the same time! Everything else was perfect! We stayed in room 103 (first floor, right next to the pool) and have no complaints! Best part: they don’t charge to receive and store all your amazon purchases!! Yay
