The staff was very friendly and nice. The room was clean and large. I like that they have hardwood floor in the rooms and not a carpet like most places. The bathroom was spacious, and the bed was so comfy I had difficulty getting out of bed in the morning. They have a very good and well equipped hotel gym. The hotel itself is beautiful. I had a lovely stay and recommend this hotel to everyone wanting to stay in downtown El Paso.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Went above and beyond to accommodate me, and I’m quite grateful. I also enjoyed the trailer-like room designs. Having lived in a trailer park myself, it’s very nostalgic.

Huge room with a comfortable king size bed, everything was clean and nice, the price was affordable, the location is great with 10 minutes drive to the city center and up to 3 minutes to get to every store or restaurant you can think of.

Location amazing, view spectacular,design,decor,everything was absolutely beautiful it felt like you visited El Paso differently.

I think this hotel will suit many people. It is nicely designed with comfortable and well laid out rooms. The staff were friendly and the hotel is well-located in downtown El Paso.
