Located in the heart of Waikiki, 2 minutes' walk to Waikiki Beach, Halepuna Waikiki is a luxury boutique hotel surrounded by shopping and dining. The property was designed by internationally acclaimed interior design firm, Champalimaud and features works of several Hawaiian artists in partnership with The Honolulu Museum of Art public art program. The location was amazing, literally a 2 min walk to Waikiki Beach. The rooms were spacious, light, beautiful, clean and comfortable. The added bonuses including water bottles and jandals, wine and ice-cream happy hour were lovely. The swimming pool and spa pool with bar facilities were awesome. All staff from the front desk to room attendants were friendly and professional. We appreciated that daughter's room was next door to ours as we had requested. We hired a rental car for 3 days and the parking was easily sorted with the hotel. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The Garden Suite was just beautiful. It had a real “cottage” feel. I also extended my stay and had to move across into the “Papa” room, which was a different style (modern) and just as enjoyable to stay in. The grounds are so picturesque, with beautiful gardens. I also wanted to extend my stay a second time (because the Volcano had started erupting!). And even though there was no availability there, John was so helpful and found me a room at a place a couple of streets away. And that enabled me to see the awe-inspiring erupting volcano. What an experience!

All guest rooms include a luxurious en suite bathroom with plush bathrobes, premium toiletries, marble vanities, deep soaking tub and a separate glassed-in shower. A flat-screen TV is also provided. Early flight so arrived at the hotel about 11am - they provided a nice space to relax and change while waiting for the room.

Guests can enjoy the stunning views of the ocean. Everything about Hotel Wailea is amazing. The food is incredible - The Birdcage, The Restaurant, and even the poolside food. We also did the luxe picnic and that food was fantastic as well. The hotel really goes out of their way to provide a quiet, romantic, and unique experience. The suites are large, well furnished, and comfortable. There is even a small kitchen with nespresso, a toaster, microwave, plates and utensils, refrigerator, freezer, cups. No, it’s not on the beach… however, if you want to go, let them know which beach and they’ll provide you chairs and an umbrella and they’ll drop you off and come pick you up. It’s absolutely worth the price for the serenity: nothing is crowded, no fighting for pool chairs or dinner reservations.

Over 4 days we tried everything on the menu including breakfast tacos, three eggs, waffles and lobster benedict. The waiters and waitresses were wonderful and friendly, especially Koko and Marlina!

A flat-screen TV is included in each air-conditioned guest room at Luana Waikiki. Select rooms offer a balcony, kitchenette or full kitchen. Pool was good, but more for adults due to depth than for children. Gym was excellent a good range of free weights and treadmills. The room was comfy, we have a kitchen which was handy to cook with. Mike at reception was awesome gave me some good tips about where to visit. Close to Waikiki beach and lots of shops nearby. Also on certain days of the week at 5pm they have Luau show which was free! They also let you loan one of two fish from reception for your child to take care of, our 4 yaar old Loved it! Laundry was down stairs and coin operated. Would definitely come back.

Diamond Head is 3.2 km away. Location is very convenient, having breakfast makes easier to start to day earlier, team is very friendly and helpful all the time, having cold all beach gears for guest use is great,they provide beach towel, board, kids sand play set, umbrella, chair,cooler bag even community share of sunscreen(i forgot to take picture of beach gear room but find it online)

Aston Waikiki Circle Hotel, a uniquely-shaped hotel and a landmark along Waikiki’s Kalakaua Avenue, is across from Waikiki Beach. It features rooms with a balcony and a view of the ocean or the city. WiFi is available throughout the property. Wonderful location! Right across the road from the beach. Communication from the hotel regarding arrival and additional information was perfect. We had everything we needed and the hotel was close to restaurants, shops and especially the beach. We could walk everywhere and for other travel we used a tourbus. We had an amazing stay and loved our view of the beach. This hotel was perfect for us and great value for money.
