This historic New Orleans hotel offers modern conveniences in a nineteenth-century town home within walking distance of Bourbon Street. Beautiful and quiet apart-hotel on a street that runs just parallel to Bourbon Street - so great access to all the bars and restaurants and vibes, but without the noise. The moment we stepped into Grenoble House, we felt safe and welcome. Front desk staff were delightful, especially Michael and James, and were always helpful with tips and recommendations. The courtyard is also lovely, with spacious seating areas, a small (dipping) pool and a hot tub (actually hot). The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved the self-service coffee machine and bottled water at the reception, and the coffee there became our daily cuppa. Overall, Grenoble House was a great base for us for our 5 days in NOLA and we really enjoyed our time there.

Hotel Villa Convento. ligger mindre end 1 km fra New Orleans livlige Bourbon Street. Der er gratis wi-fi og balkon med udsigt på alle hotellets etager. From the second walked in I loved it! Lovely welcoming Reception that has coffee and tea etc all the time. All the staff were super friendly and super helpful. My room was clean, spacious and everything I needed. Great airconditioning and a ceiling fan. There is a fridge in the room and a microwave in Reception if needed. There is also a vending machine and an ice machine available. This hotel has so much history, character and old charm - if you want a super modern hotel, go and be boring elsewhere! The location is fantastic - a block away from Bourbon St, a few blocks from Frenchman St and yet far enough away to be quiet. So many great restaurants, bars and even the market within a couple of minutes walk. Cannot recommend highly enough, especially for this price point and would definitely stay again if I returned to New Orleans.
