Location was excellent. Very safe and convenient. Hotel was recently renovated so everything was new and felt really luxurious.

Featuring modern art reproductions throughout the property, Broadway Plaza Hotel is located in the NoMad neighbourhood in New York, 400 metres from the Flatiron Building. The view of the Empire State Building from the 13th floor is unbeatable. The room was clean, spacious, and appeared to be newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable, and we always felt well-rested after a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping deep-cleaned our room every day. Noise from outside wasn’t really an issue on the 13th floor, even for people like us who don’t usually live in big, noisy cities. The hotel smelled great and has a beautiful little lobby with comfortable sofas and chairs. The staff was helpful, always smiling, and very polite. They even gave us a bottle of champagne because our internet connection wasn’t working. Overall, the experience was amazing.

Housed in an historic building that has previously been the Mayor’s Mansion of Ithaca and the Duncan-Hines world headquarters, this Ithaca hotel offers an on-site bar. Free WiFi access is available. The real treat for me was the staff. My taxi was very late and one lovely lady on staff even suggested she might drive me to the airport if the cab did not come in the next few minutes. That was lovely. (The cab did show up but her offer was kind). All the staff were good. The availability of a Jura Coffee machine 24/7 is terrific. The whole feel of the place is understated and classy. The location is superb - close to town and Cornell. The surrounding autumn leaves were superb

We really appreciated the muffins and fresh fruit along with the hot drink availability throughout the day. The rooms we had access to oozed with character and were spotlessly clean. The linen spelt lovely. Our hosts were easy to deal with. Jamie was friendly and very easy to talk to while Dan is an amazing cook.
