An amazing hotel in the heart of Lancaster city. The room was fully equipped with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a cozy atmosphere. The water pressure in the shower was perfect. And the nice little balcony made my stay even better. The staff at this hotel were very helpful. There is a good restaurant on the first floor. Additionally, it was great news to me that the nearest big gym is free for customers of the Arts Hotel.
