Location is next to the symphony hall, very convenient for downtown Houston. Safe, not too noisy. Easy to park for Uber :-) A lot of complimentary things, such as water in room, breakfast, room snacks, etc. Bar is also very good and the hotel is lively. A lot of people having fun.

The maid service was really great when my daughter was sick in the middle of the night and they came right away and changed all the bedding. The attentive waiter at the restaurant found some butterfly crackers the next day for my daughter to help her nausea.
