It was well maintained with exceptional architecture and cleanliness. The staff is friendly and very helpful, especially Tim Smith at the front desk. There is a lovely buffet available for lunches and brunches; one needs 2-3 stomachs to try everything. The hotel boasts a pool and a garden that you can sit in to read your paper. What will strike you when you first enter is the lovely scent, which was especially designed for it. The hotel is definitely value for money, and better than most 4-star hotels in New York.

The room was clean and a good size. The breakfast was good and had more variety than a lot of free breakfasts we've had in similar hotels. And it had real cutlery and plates, not plastic!
