The location right on the ocean was perfect, and having direct access to the beach made our trip so convenient and enjoyable. The resort’s amenities—especially the pool and arcade—were a big hit with our daughters, Abigail and Absalat. We also appreciated the clean, comfortable rooms and the friendly, helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. Although we initially had an issue with our shower head not closing properly, your team quickly upgraded us to another room, which made our stay even more comfortable. We really appreciated how promptly and professionally this was handled. Our stay truly enhanced our family vacation, providing a relaxing and fun environment for all of us. Features include a water park with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Everything ! The location was fantastic, close enough to everything yet not too close to the hustle and bustle of Ocean Blvd at night. Dollar General was a very short walk to get snacks, drinks, food and everything else in between! Lots of parking options on the various lots the resort owns. Staff is super friendly- grounds keepers are awesome, hard workers and friendly as well and lastly some very good restaurant options all in short walking distance.

Situated 2.6 km from Broadway at the Beach, these rooms are located at The Jamaican Inn and Chelsea House rooms just 200 metres from The Caribbean Resort & Villas. Access to an oceanfront pool and Caribbean Resort water amenities is included. We had a free upgrade. Instead of having a room with partiel ocean view in the Jamaican building , we stayed in a one bedroom appartement with full beach and ocean view in the main building ! It was so clean and comfortable with pretty well everything we needed.
