The property is just 400 metres from Old City Gate and 500 metres from Ngoc Son Temple. The famous Dong Xuan Market is 600 metres away, while Noi Bai International Airport is accessible with a 21 km drive. Firstly the owner of the property was exceptionally helpful. Unfortunately, my wife had been involved in an accident and needed to travel to Hanoi via bus with a broken hand. I notified the owner that she would require some assistance on arrival. Instead, he offered to pick her up from the Bus terminal and went out of his way to ensure she was looked after. Once I arrived he checked in on us every day to make sure everything was OK and if we needed anything. He was also helpful with tips on things to do and see around Hanoi. As for the accommodation, it is well placed within walking distance of the action of Hanoi. It is in a little laneway which also makes for a great experience exploring Hanoi. It is close to food, cafes, chemists, bars & restaurants and there is a laundromat just around the corner for convenience. The bed was extremely large and comfortable. Overall a great location & very helpful owner.

Our windows was located on the backyard side, so no noise from streets. Staff is just exceptionall, personal approach, helping with everything, and speaking good english! Room was cleaned every day, water was reffiled etc. And if you need some transfers, just ask, they propose best price and quality!
