Everything worked, the receptionist was friendly and spoke good English.

We got a great family room, clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location is right in the center of the old city. But the real gem of the place is Rosie, who runs the hotel. Rosie attended to our every request, made sure to have a gluten-free breakfast for my little son, arranged transfers for us for various excursions, and all with a kindness and service that you don't encounter every day, even in Vietnam.
