The room is really nice and the bed is so comfy to the point that you will have the best sleep whenever you lay down in bed… and the services from the owner and staffs are top notch. Every inquires we have, they provide us with the useful information all the time patiently … we stayed there for three nights and all of em were amazing.. Almost forgot the breakfast is so delicious. When I first make the booking I inquired about the decoration with flowers and balloons for our anniversary thinking how much would it cost but the owner do it for free and the cake is also cheap but the taste and quality is so good ..I’m surely coming back to this hotel whenever I’m coming to Hanoi. And yeah the location is spot on ….! It’s near to almost all the tourist places

The rooms were very clean and provided us with everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, at both the hotel restaurant and the reception desk/ hotel lobby. There was a wide variety of food options for breakfast which was lovely. The hotel is in a prime location as it's close to the lake (very central) but not directly where all the night time festivities are happening. In saying that, it's only a few minutes walk away but the location still has a good buzz without being too overwhelming. I lived in Hanoi 6 years ago and chose this hotel based on it's location as it's on a wonderful street that has a good vibe. Pizza 4Ps (only the best pizza in Vietnam) is a stone throw away and Polite Pub (where you can get amazing cocktails) is directly opposite. The hotel's rooftop bar is a great spot to enjoy a whiskey sours or any of their other cocktail offerings. We will most certainly be back! Thank you so much for making us feel at home.
