Very quiet inside the rooms. Must be sound proofed well. We had one of the cheaper rooms one night and the terrace another night. After staying in the heart of the busy old quarter the night before with the noise.. this was a nice change. I would choose to stay here next time in Hanoi for sure. Very friendly, helpful staff.

This elegant hotel features a 24-hour reception and free WiFi access at all areas. + location, right in the smack of Old Quarter and yet it is in the quieter street. 10-20 m walk in all directions to the food stalls and shops, 5 mins walk to the lake, 2-3 mins walk to some must-see ancestral homes and temples. it is like having best of both worlds: central but not noisy. + we had the luck of being upgraded. room is spacious, beautiful. bed is comfortable and with 2 pillows per person which is ideal for me. there is complimentary bottles of water, coffee and tea. when passing by other rooms which were open/empty, i saw that their sizes are very good as well. + bathroom is spacious and modern. always clean. + inviting lobby, all facilities are always clean and in order. + the hotel staff esp hanna, daniel and trung were so helpful and friendly during our stay. + even before our stay, hanna had been very communicative and helpful with booking our halong bay day tour and answering other questions. + breakfast selection good, can order eggs prepared whatever way you want it from the friendly breakfast staff. + has laundry services, got our clothes back on the same day.
