They even brought out a cake for my lovely wife's birthday. We booked a room with an internal window, which was very comfortable, quiet, clean and cool. Also, the hotel location is right in the middle of things and so easy to walk about. The staff arranged our transfers from and to the airport, which went without a hitch.

Hanoi E Central Luxury Hotel & Restaurant is placed in the heart of Old Quarter just a 10-minute drive to Hanoi Train Station. Dong Xuan Market is just 100 metres away while Noi Bai International Airport is a 45-minute drive away. Booked a room without window for Christmas but they upgraded my room when I checked in, really appreciate that. I need to mention their staff, Lily as she was so lovely and helpful ! I signed up for spa service at the sister hotel and wasn't satisfied. She sincerely listened to my feedback and apologized on the sister hotels hotel's behalf. She brought my experience to management and the hotel decided to refund half of the spa cost. This hotel is amazing with location walkable to places of attractions with lots of restaurants nearby. Unfortunately I only stayed here for one night. The breakfast at the hotel was decent. Wonderful experience here and highly recommend this hotel.
