Hotel has great location, in the middle of Old Quarter, in walkable distance to restaurants, shops, massages, some sights....Hotel is clean, comfortable beds, good choice of delicious meal for breakfast. The best is hotel staff. Allways nice, kind, very helpful with everything. They helped us organise lot of trips, buy tickets to the theatre, cable car in remote city, rent a car in other part if Vietnam.... We recommend this hotel very much

O quarto é um pouco mais simples e velho do que parece nas fotos. A localização é boa, no meio da bagunça do Old Quarter.

Location is just a few steps away from the lake the location is very much central to reach shops ,restaurants and very close to the famous Historic Temple on the lake , breakfast is very good with also a very nice selection of western and Asian choice, the room was fantastic we had one of the two Terrace suite that we have chose for the second time in this remarkable hotel but what makes the hotel even more special is the friendly staff and the hospitality at the Concierge that are always ready to help in every way also with a warm heart to make sure your stay is comfortable.

A localização do hotel dificilmente pode ser melhor para se estar junto ao centro e numa zona relativamente mais tranquila. Foi a base no Vietnam, embora não tenha ficado sempre em Hanoi o staff preocupou-se com a minha experiência e prestou apoio em várias vertentes. Inclusive permitiu o cancelamento de uma noite para que pudesse fazer outros planos. Há atenção ao detalhe e personalização no tratamento do hóspede. O pequeno-almoço também é ótimo.

Atendimento excelente de todos os funcionários, ótima localização e café da manhã com boas opções de omelete, toast french, croque monsieur, além do Buffet. Massagem maravilhosa, recomendo!
