The staff went out of their way to be helpful. We arrived early on the first day and they were kind enough to let us check in early at no extra cost. The location is excellent. Absolutely amazing staff! They stepped in on short notice as our private guide on a trekking tour in Cat Cat village. And helped us book other activities during our stay, and also our ride back to Hanoi. Châo was amazing and super helpful. She arranged our tickets and kept in touch to make sure we were picked up by the driver. Would definetly recommend, also their breakfast is great!

The staff was friendly and warm. Absolutely recommend this place for everyone. The view from our rooms was fantastic (overlooking the valley and mountains), breakfast was delicious, everything was super clean. We had our laundry done, were able to safely leave our belongings for the day once we checked out and were offered a shower when we came back to pick them up in the evening. Also, we were given water for our trip leaving Sa Pa. Best wishes to the people working there, they are very kind.
