Breakfast was nice the pool had a great view. The gym could use newer equipment for those wanting a workout on their vacation. Rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and linens. Staff very helpful. Location was great. And beach access was very good. With hotel services offered on the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and so spacious. Sarah was a great host, she arranged a car to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. They rent bikes for free and they can arrange tours for a good price. The hotel restaurant (Mùa restaurant) is so good, Hiên welcomed us at the restaurant and served us great breakfast and savory meals for dinner. We’ll come back soon!

The Phuc Thao Villa is 1.7 km to the Hoi An ancient town. It is located in the central Hoi An but outside the ancient town, where you are really easy to find out any services, such as: food stores, tailors, souvenir shops, gyms, yoga centers, mini-marts or even traditional market (Ba Le Market)... We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely hosts, who were so helpful with transfers and tours. They were very kind to our family and even gave our son a birthday present. The rooms were spacious and very clean. They cleaned the rooms daily too. The bathrooms were modern and the water was good pressure and hot. The breakfast we purchased was fresh and tasty. We spent an afternoon at the pool and it was so relaxing as the area was quiet. It is a 20min walk to the old town and a 5 min Grab ride. We enjoyed some of the typical restaurants around walking to the rice fields close by. Overall an excellent stay. Recommend the family room especially as so much space for our children and ourselves.
