Services was best,never been serve this way before,staff were super good and knows what to do.Not many would want to clean the floor in the rain,or sent you off standing in the rain,but there are many staff doing it here.I even saw the manager (Christy) going about almost 10 in the night.Another supercharge public relations staff NGOC Khan,don't seems to go home,everywhere I go,she seems to be helping around.Royal salute to all.Tq

Hong Thien Ruby Hotel has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Hue. This 2-star hotel offers an ATM and a concierge service. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. This property was down a side street but just off main road where all bars and restaurants were. The hotel and rooms were clean and rooms made up daily with fresh towels etc and consumables replaced without asking. The staff went above and beyond in our opinion. We had half day travelling as our precious hotel manager drove us from Phong Nha to Hue. It’s took about 5 hours and we were lost at one point!!! When we arrived we were met with a smile, a cup of tea or coffee and a plate of local fruit which was a lovely touch. The gentleman (didn’t get his name), then sat with us to explain where we were to everything and what excursions were available. They were more than happy to arrange taxis, booked two full day excursions (tour of the imperial city and DMZ) and dealt with anything else we needed. Breakfast was very nice and had the best fresh rolls with our omelette, tea/coffee and fruit juices. Lady who also ran hotel greeted us every morning and most evenings with a smile, asked how things had gone and was generally interested in how our day went etc. Unfortunately when we left, they wouldn’t take a tip! She said if we were happy and could write review, that was more than enough.

The room was lovely, very large, comfy bed, great ensuit. Saff very friendly. Jazqui brilliant and foc for guests at certain times. Breakfast ok, large selection of Vietnamese food but not a lot of western options. Location good, nice quiet street but only 10 min walk to party St and shopping. Overall a 10 out of 10.
