Hue Serene Palace Hotel is strategically located within 1 km from the famous Huong River and Trang Tien Bridge. It features modern rooms equipped and offers free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Staff were very helpful and friendly! They helped us with booking activities and let us have a quick shower before checkin time after taking a nightbus. They definitely made our stay one of the best we ever had.

Services was best,never been serve this way before,staff were super good and knows what to do.Not many would want to clean the floor in the rain,or sent you off standing in the rain,but there are many staff doing it here.I even saw the manager (Christy) going about almost 10 in the night.Another supercharge public relations staff NGOC Khan,don't seems to go home,everywhere I go,she seems to be helping around.Royal salute to all.Tq

Hong Thien Ruby Hotel có khu vườn, phòng chờ chung, sân hiên và nhà hàng ở Huế. Khách sạn 2 sao này có máy ATM và dịch vụ tiền sảnh. The staff is amazing and very helpful. They gave us fruit(amazing) and welcome drinks, helped us rent motorbikes, booked transfer, and with laundry. Breakfast was also very good. Great location and great value money-quality. The room was spacious and very clean, not very modern, but there is everything needed.

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate all our needs, from booking tours, drivers and spa treatments. The breakfast was varied, comprehensive and covered both Western and Eastern needs. We also appreciated the room service and even the fact that they accommodated us after hours. The location is perfect with just a brief 5-10 minute walk to various cafes and restaurants. Finally, the jacuzzi is an amazing bonus and experience. We used it every night we were there and treated ourselves to a very affordable full-body treatment on the last day of the year. It was such a wonderful experience, that we will now make it our 'go to' hotel when we return to Hue.

Super experience. Perfect balance of price, comfort stay and local life, right at the heart of the historic Hue. There’s a choice of rooms using the lift or walking up the stairs and I opt for the stairs. My room is of a good size, well-lit and clean with many windows for a panoramic surrounding. There are both bikes and moto-bikes to choose from, but I was too busy with different tours so couldn’t make use of any of the choices. Lai, the lady owner, and her husband are very kind and helpful, they never shy away from explaining stuff I want to ask about life in the ancient capital that has so much of history to discover. In fact she told me about Hue more than a tour guide. May be I am Vietnamese that we can have a little bit more to share, but I don’t doubt that she would take whatever time needed to happily converse with any non-Vietnamese guests. In the end I extended my stay, so did some other travellers, Vietnamese and foreigners alike.
