Roundhouse Guesthouse is is located in Franschhoek and offers stylishly decorated accommodation in round thatched chalets with mountain and garden views. Thoroughly enjoyed this accommodation (probably my favourite of the South Africa trip!). Felt like I was at home - loved the small touches in the room (dog cookies etc). Had an issue with some friends and Debbie helped us out kindly. The breakfast was fantastic (fresh orange juice, homemade lemon curd (delish). Thank you so much!

Offering an outdoor pool, The Cottage on 55 is located in Franschhoek and is 5 minutes' walk away from restaurants and shops. Free WiFi access is available. The Cottage on 55 was warm and inviting, breakfast was incredible, the hosts were friendly and accommodating and the location to downtown Franschhoek was perfect. We are so happy to have found this charming b&b! I only wish we could have had more time.

Situated along the garden route, only 2 km from Franschhoek, Lavender Farm Boutique Guest House is nestled in a valley surrounded by mountains. The room was stunning, beautiful furnishings and newly built. The standout was the bathroom and the bath tub. Breakfast was lovely each morning, the staff were extremely friendly. The lavender had started to bloom which made for a nice outlook each day. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful.

Nestled amongst vineyards at the foot of Helderberg Mountain, near Stellenbosch, the Eikendal Lodge features lush gardens and a pool. It was wonderful, Fiona had been so welcoming, showed me everything. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I loved lying by the pool! Later on I enjoyed a cream cheese wine pairing and a red wine tasting! After that my bed was calling very loudly and I had a very good night sleep in an extraordinary comfy bed. Next morning I woke up with a stunning view of the mountains. Breakfast was perfect, everything there and nicely arranged, always attended to by Fiona.It was just wonderful. I’m definitely coming back!

Attention to detail and personalized service. This is a small hotel and Conrad and Franklin and the entire staff team take every measure to ensure guests have an enjoyable stay. The hotel is beautiful and is walkable to so many shops and restaurants. The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are beautiful and huge! They do an amazing turn down service night as well. It really feels like they are taking care of you personally. You almost forget there are other guests at the hotel. I have stayed at lots of lovely hotels over the years but this one steals the show!
