Situated at the base of the wild Tsitsikamma Mountains, The Fernery overlooks an impressive 30-metre waterfall in the Sanddrift River gorge. Just perfect! Just out in the bush everything was clean and comfortable. The most friendly staff and a good kitchen. Great hiking possibilities as well to enjoy nature. They are building a new restaurant and will turn parts of the old restaurant/bar into rooms. Just hope they keep some parts of the current restaurant for a drink since it has the most beautiful views!

Head over Hills is an exclusive retreat in Knysna. Set on the jagged edge of the famous rocky cliffs of the Knysna Heads, this well-appointed guest house has a heated swimming pool. Lovely staff Quality fittings and fixtures

Located in Keurboomstrand, Singing Kettle Beach Lodge features panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and has an à la carte restaurant, terrace and free WiFi. The staff were exceptional (thank you, Dee and Michelle), and the rooms were top-class, with comfortable beds and fresh, clean linen. Kitchen appliances were a helpful convenience, and small touches like beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc... made our trip most memorable. The views from the rooms are absolutely amazing, and the restaurant below adds a great holiday vibe!

Offering views of the Keurboom Lagoon and the ocean, La Vista Lodge is a 3-minute drive from the centre of Plettenberg Bay. It features an outdoor pool with sun loungers. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious top 5. The rooms very big and beds very comfortable. The beach view 😍😊

Overlooking the Indian ocean, Dune Beach House is set on the beachfront in Wilderness. It features an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi access is available throughout. Difficilt tot say ...everything was perfect

Amazing views from the balcony, we even saw some dolphins. The rooms are very well equiped. Very friendly and flexible host & staff. We really loved the breakfast, very tasty!

This former power station is located in Knysna and offers sunny suites with an iPod docking station and views of the Knysna Lagoon. The spacious sun deck comes with an outdoor pool. Amazing stay at this beautiful hotel on Thesen island in Knysna. Great view from my room. Free parking on site. Wonderful amenities in room - the bathrobe was so soft and comfortable.

Falcons View Manor is situated on a hill overlooking Knysna Lagoon, 700 metres from the town centre. It features an outdoor pool, a library and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. My stay at Falcons Manor exceeded expectations. I stayed for a week and planned to do hiking and yoga while in the area. The staff were superb, they provided great advice, connected me with local services and guides; they were thoughtful and helpful. The food was excellent, dinners and breakfast. The breakfast choices were many, with lots of fresh fruits and great coffee. The pool was great and the gardens are lovely. A very relaxing and quiet location. I can’t recommend the place enough!
