Boasting a splendid setting between mountains and sea, this charming Provençal style guesthouse is set in the historic town centre of Hermanus, overlooking the picturesque Old Harbour. The location was perfect with a view from our balcony to the bay. The rooms were spacious and the shared common room were fantastic. The staff we exteremely kind and responsive. They gifted us a bottle of wine for the most minor of inconvenience. The breakfast box for our early morning departure was tremendous!

Situated just 50 metres from Voelklip Beach, Hermanus Beachfront Lodge - Solar Power offers rooms with sea or mountain views. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. The view, the location on the beach, the excellent breakfasts and especially the Chef/Manager, Tito. We will definitely return.

The Hotel is powered by an inverter and solar panels for full service during load shedding times. The rooms have lighting outside on their patio's as well as inside the rooms. The breakfast room was charming with a lovely outdoor courtyard. Breakfast was delicious.

Featuring views of the Atlantic Ocean, White Shark Guest House is located in Kleinbaai, 400 metres from the harbour. It offers elegant rooms, a large living room, and free Wi-Fi throughout. Excellent stay! We came for the shark diving right across the street and stayed for two nights. Super helpful owner booked us great restaurants in the area. The room was spacious with a large terrace with sea view.

Offering deluxe accommodation and the possibility to experience whale-spotting, Hermanus Guest House is just metres from scenic cliff paths and rock pools. Fabulous.. great choices and best fruit salad. No complaints at all.

This was an unexpected surprise. Beautiful oasis and brilliant staff, greeted warmly and made to feel at home. The breakfasts are fabulous and atmosphere so fresh and welcoming. The croissants...to die for :) I even got a little package for my journey of an extra one, since it was noticed how much I loved them.

Kapensis Guesthouse offers accommodation with a touch of African style within a natural reserve, just outside Pringle Bay. Amazing landscape around the guesthouse, beautiful nature. Big rooms, and really chill vibe and host is awesome.

The Swellendam Country Lodge offers luxurious accommodation in a green setting. This boutique guest house features an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi in all guest rooms. The room was really special with many touches that we appreciated such as the mini bar, magazines, coffee pods, shower cap and fluffy extra blankets. The spotless and spacious bathroom, and the large bed made for a wonderful night. The property is quiet, with leafy trees; parking is nicely located and it is safe. Breakfast was a delight.

This 5-star boutique hotel features a small eco-reserve with Zebras and Springboks, a large garden pool, and an open-air jacuzzi. Located in Swellendam, restaurants and cafes are just 50 metres away. Simone was very welcoming and very helpful. Our room was beautifully appointed and Rothman Manor really goes the extra mile with little extras - Panadol, insect repellent, ear plugs as well as lovely toiletries. Good breakfast with plenty of choice for freshly cooked options.

This luxurious guest house, situated in Hermanus on the Cape Whale Coast, boasts panoramic views of Grotto Beach and offers guests great whale-watching opportunities. Everything !!! It was a shame we only stayed one night, we still regret this. We will for sure be back. Simply everything was great, especially the hosts and their lovely home!
