Riverside Guest Lodge offers panoramic views of Grobbelaars River and Swartberg Mountains. It offers air-conditioned rooms and wooden cottages. I had a wonderful time at Riverside Guest Lodge. The breakfast was delicious and the service was outstanding. I’d happily stay again!

Situated at the Sea Point Promenade facing the Atlantic coastline, The Winchester Hotel features a pool and an Italian-style courtyard surrounded by palm trees and fountains. Location is great, breakfast as well. We stayed for 8 nights, 3 persons in the room on the 3rd floor, it was very quiet there. Service is amazing and staff as is very friendly and helpful.

Situated on the banks of the Liesbeek River in Newlands, Vineyard Hotel offers rooms with garden or Table Mountain views. It features a pool and is a 10-minute drive to the centre of Cape Town. Great breakfast buffet, helpful staff and a wonderful pool. Loved the gardens which I had visited before. Overall very friendly and accommodating.

Set in Hout Bay, Poseidon Guest House offers accommodation with elevated views of the harbour and bay. This guesthouse has an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi. We had an excellent stay at Poseidon House. The room was clean, and beautifully designed, with ample closet space, and a wonderful view. The hosts were generous, kind, and helpful. The breakfast was truly exceptional - healthy and delicious. The location was convenient to all of the sightseeing, and yet a quiet, beautiful neighborhood on the bay to come home to.

Offering views of Table Mountain, Number5 Guesthouse is set in a historical building, located in a quiet street and just 2-minutes' walk from Kloof Street. Everything. From management to staff to the comfort of the rooms to the location which was on a quiet street but not too far from a lot of attractions. A little gem of a property, especially for a group of friends.

I felt at home from the very first moment onwards. Too sorry that I had to leave after just one day. But I’ll be back - promised!
